Learning Outcomes

By carrying out lessons and activities in Module 1, the young leader will be able to:

  1. Know the foundations of the Theory of Change, its phases and its main applications.
  2. Define a map of stakeholders and social innovation engagement strategies.
  3. Define a logical framework consistent with the impact to achieve.


Trainers Guide

  1. Module 1 is cross-cutting to the entire capacity building course.
  2. The suggested steps can be changed in order or skipped, just consider that steps 1-5 are preparatory for the creation of the Theory of Change.
  3. Step 6 is mandatory.
