Link Campus University (LCU) is a non-state public university in Rome that is legally recognized by the Italian university regulatory system. It was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of the University of Malta in Italy, and then, in 2011, became, by the Italian regulation decree, an independent institution of higher education governed by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research.
